Quick Pan-Fried Salmon Bowl
⏱️ 10 minutes | 🔥 400 cal | 💪 40g protein | 🌾 6g fiber

Ingredients:

  • 1 Costco frozen salmon fillet
  • 1 cup rice–quinoa blend (Seeds of Change pouches at Costco are a tasty, convenient + quick option)
  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 cup broccoli, okra, or green beans
  • 1 lemon wedge or Greek yogurt + dill (the greek yogurt packs extra protein + probiotics #WINNING!!)

Steps:

  1. Pan-fry salmon from frozen, 4–5 min per side until golden with a delicate outer layer crisp.
  2. Cook rice–quinoa in bone broth for the savory taste + extra protein.
  3. Steam veggies 2–3 min.
  4. Serve with lemon or yogurt-dill sauce.

Tip: The kids get white rice or pasta and get to slather their broccoli in ranch dressing. Just Say NO to making 2 separate meals!
