A comforting matcha + protein daily ritual

Let's talk polyphenols. Research shows diets rich in polyphenols improve blood-sugar control, reduce chronic inflammation, and support brain and gut health.

Matcha is packed with polyphenols. It’s convenient, comforting and tasty.

3 Minute Matcha Protein Latte

Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha powder
¼ cup hot (not boiling) water ~ 172 degrees F
¾ cup milk or almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20–25 g protein)
Optional: ½ tsp honey or monk fruit, pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.
  2. In a separate glass, blend milk and protein powder until creamy.
  3. Combine and stir — or use an electric foamer for a smooth, café-style texture with no clumps.

Nutrition (approximate):

  • Calories: 180–210(depending on milk and sweetener)
  • Protein: 25 - 30 g
  • Fat: 4–7 g
  • Carbs: 8–15 g
