About that path: an evidence based, (pitch free😉😘) challenge for you based on the best seller Atomic Habits. Consider it like a cliff notes, bare bones sprint version of a book club. I did the reading and learning for you and distilled it down to a 14 day challenge. A two sentence lesson per day with one micro-action homework that you actually get to look forward to!
