Steal this 5 lever system our community is using to feel 5 pounds lighter by 2026.

Are you using any of these less obvious levers?

  1. ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS (UPF) ↓
    If it has more than 5 ingredients, a long shelf life, or ingredients you can’t pronounce, it’s out.
    This helps cells exit inflammatory states → less joint irritation, less belly bloat, less gas.
    Common removals: protein bars, packaged chips, leftover Halloween candy, store-bought baked goods.
    Homemade treats in moderate amounts stay in.

  2. NON-STARCHY FIBER ↑
    Two handfuls of vegetables at each meal.
    No chopping. No washing.
    Prewashed kale, arugula, spinach; kimchi; blanched artichoke/broccoli/cauliflower; precut cabbage.
    Foods that store well and require no prep.
    Note: frozen berries = ~5g fiber per cup and can cover that late-afternoon craving.

  3. MOVE AFTER 2–3 MEALS/DAY
    Walking. Seated banded abductions. Air squats between meetings.
    This shifts glucose into muscle tissue instead of leaving it circulating and later stored in adipose tissue.

  4. 50G PROTEIN BEFORE NOON
    Bone broth early morning + protein shake mid-morning + simple chicken wrap by midday = ~60g without effort.

  5. SWAP 10 MINUTES OF SCREEN TIME
    The four levers above require no extra net time when you make this trade.
    This also compounds by helping you exit fight/flight, where the body tends to cling to fat.

**The Bonus lever: regular sessions with your therapist because we can't get lighter on the outside if our inside is heavy.

If you’re down ~5 pounds in the last 11 days of 2025, it’s mostly water.
